After nearly a decade of working with African refugee families, I made the intentional decision in 2020 to pursue a career as a Personal Development Coach, focusing on youth and family empowerment. From my roots in New York and New Jersey, I expanded my reach to offer culturally sensitive coaching. In 2023, my journey brought me to Nebraska, where I've since worked with organizations, mentored youth, conducted home visits, and provided multi-cultural family support, always with a deep understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity for both youth and parents.

In addition to my work here in the U.S., my passion extends to West Africa, where I grew up. There, we mentor parents and youth, emphasizing the power of education and personal growth. Since 2022, we've proudly supported over five families, offering personalized guidance that respects each family’s unique journey because we want to ensure learning is a universal opportunity for all.

We approach every individual with love, care, and respect, providing unwavering support and stability without overwhelming commitment. Our tailored programs honor the uniqueness of each youth and family, and my passion for this work is reflected in every step we take together.
