Can I make a full payment before my first session if I prefer?Yes, you can make a full payment by selecting the 'manual' option during checkout, or you can reach out to us regarding other payment options at billing@letustalkcoaching.com. We will respond within 24 hours or less and assist you in arranging the payment that best fits your desired option.

Can I make payments through services other than the ones currently available online?Yes, you may request to make payments through sources other than the ones available online. Please send an email request to our billing at billing@letustalkcoaching.com for alternative payment options

How do payment arrangements work?Payment arrangements vary based on your desired plan. For example, if you choose a 3-session package plan totaling $214.00, a deposit of the first half (50%) is required to secure your desired session date. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours/2 days before the initially agreed-upon session. For alternative payment arrangements, please contact billing via email at billing@letustalkcoaching.com or call us at 202-602-9011 to discuss further details. Payments can be split into 2 or 3 installments before your scheduled session date, based on your financial situation.

If I want to schedule a specific date/time that is not available, what should I do?You can always call us at 202-602-9011 or email our scheduling at scheduling@letustalkcoaching.com with your request. Our team will work with you to arrange timing and date according to your request. If unavailable, you will be placed on a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you as soon as possible.
