Where potential meets possibility.
Life’s challenges shape us in complex and deeply personal ways. As a certified Personal Development Coach, I guide youth and families in discovering their identity, unlocking their potential, building self-confidence, and navigating life with authenticity, resilience, and cultural pride. My work centers on leadership development, mentorship, cultural sensitivity, and supporting families through transitions—always with mindfulness and at a pace that honors their unique journey.

MY STORY
Are we the products of our environments or the possible outcomes that we could be?
Whichever is true, it gives us a choice.
I was born during the Liberian civil war at United Methodist Hospital in northeast Liberia. At nine years old, I migrated to the United States. The moment I stepped out of JFK airport into the cold March air, my life changed. I spoke no English. For months in school, I communicated through gestures—navigating classrooms, lunchrooms, and recess like a battlefield I had to survive daily
Those early years shaped my voice long before I learned the language to express it

FINDING MY VOICE
Taking English as a Second Language (ESL) classes was just the beginning. What transformed me was realizing the power of communication—first through writing, then through group projects, presentations, and leadership roles. I joined the debate team to strengthen my English, and by junior year, I became its president
It wasn’t just language that got me there — It was connection, collaboration, and cultural adaptability.
Through meeting people halfway, listening deeply, and helping others navigate their struggles, I discovered the foundation of who I would eventually become: a guide who walks with others through change, challenge, and growth.
MY PATH TO COACHING
Since 2016, I have dedicated myself to studying human interaction and mentoring individuals of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. I’ve trained professionals, coached teams, supported families, and worked with students navigating complex personal and cultural transitions
In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I chose to pursue coaching professionally—focusing intentionally on youth, families, and multicultural communities. My work emphasizes:

Strategic goal-setting

Emotional and cultural resilience

Leadership rooted in identity and purpose
I discovered that clients thrive best in environments where they feel safe, seen, and understood—whether at home, in schools, or out in the community.
EXPERIENCED. CERTIFIED. SUPPORTIVE.
Today, Let US Talk About It, Coaching LLC provides culturally responsive coaching that meets each person where they are. We guide youth and families through transitions, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and leadership development—with care, consistency, and respect.
What makes my coaching unique is the joy I find in entering my clients’ space, understanding their world, and supporting their growth from within it. Every session is personalized, every conversation meaningful, and every journey honored.

THE ESSENCE OF MY WORK
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
Every youth and every family holds untapped potential.
Through culturally sensitive coaching, mentorship, and personalized guidance, I walk alongside clients as they:

A VOICE OF EMPOWERMENT.
I am more than a Youth and Family Empowerment and Life Development Coach—I am a catalyst for transformative change. I also partner with the Nebraska Judicial Branch to provide Community Youth Coaching (CYC) services, guiding youth and families through culturally sensitive, leadership-centered coaching.
My journey through cultural barriers, language challenges, and personal resilience fuels my passion for empowering others. As a motivational speaker and coach, I bring lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep cultural understanding to youth, families, educators, and organizations. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real-world tools that help individuals thrive under pressure, navigate transitions, and reach their goals.
I am also the author of My Contradicting Mind: Where Uncertainty Meets Clarity, a reflection on identity, transitions, and self-awareness that aligns with my mission to guide youth and multicultural communities toward confidence and clarity.
