Youth & Family Empowerment Coaching

This coaching provides preventative, individualized coaching. We support youth facing transitions, identity shifts, or system involvement. Families are engaged in the process to build emotional regulation, leadership skills, and positive decision-making. Coaching is offered one-on-one, in group sessions, or family formats.

Target Population

  • Youth and young adults ages 12–21

  • Multicultural families navigating identity, transition, or emotional challenges

  • Youth at risk of justice involvement, school disengagement, or cultural disconnection

  • Youth who benefit from preventative, strengths-based coaching to reduce risk factors and increase protective factors

Service Activities / Components

  • Coaching on cultural transitions

  • Confidence-building in navigating systems

  • Role plays and scenario-based integration tools

  • Cross-cultural communication training
