Leadership Development & Mentoring – Emerging Voices

This coaching supports youth and young adults stepping into leadership roles. Provides mentoring and coaching to strengthen public speaking, self-awareness, cultural identity, and the ability to make a positive community impact.

Target Population

  • Youth and young adults ages 14–25

  • First-time or emerging leaders from multicultural backgrounds

  • Students or community-based youth stepping into leadership roles

Service Activities / Components

  • Mentorship and reflective dialogue

  • Leadership challenges and skill-building exercises

  • Storytelling and public speaking practice

  • Identity-based leadership exploration
