Youth edition

Interactive Workshops

This workshop series provides interactive, activity-based sessions for youth, promoting leadership, emotional regulation, cultural pride, and inclusive practices. Workshops are tailored to meet the needs of students while maintaining a culturally responsive approach.

Target Population

  • Middle and high school students, young adults

  • Youth groups or organizations

Service Activities / Components

  • Goal-setting exercises (SMART-E goals)

  • Identity reflection exercises

  • Role plays (peer, family, and system scenarios)

  • Promise-to-self activities

  • Group discussion and written reflection

  • Team-building and collaborative planning tools (*Workshops may integrate guided reflection prompts and readings from My Contradicting Mind)
